- Source and procure copper and fiber cables from suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Manage the procurement process from start to finish.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in the copper and fiber cable markets.
- Work with other departments to ensure that our company has the right cables at the right price.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field or environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, including excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of responsible Product Line(s).
- Proven negotiation skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Solid computer skills, including all MS Office suite products required.
- Ability to apply basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
